Ok, blame has officially been placed on the bank holding the lien on Caracas.
Deciding to cut out the middle man (because the office manager continued to disappoint us), we called Bill, the listing agent. Poor Bill. He’s been dealing with Caracas for over a year and a half now. We’re stressed after just 5 weeks!

So, Wayne gave Caracas the go ahead. We submitted the offer on Monday and heard back from the Homeowner on Tuesday. The Homeowner accepted our offer and now the home goes into a short sale. Wayne comes through Hershey on Thursday (5/1) after a trip to Pittsburgh. Christie set up a showing, so we’re all meeting at Caracas on Thursday evening!
